Mr. Anson Williams

Mr. Anson Williams: Anson has been dedicated to coaching football for nearly three decades. He coached for 12 years from the age of 18 at Sunnybrook Park in Dollard-des-Ormeaux at the Peewee level, later in life moving on to Ville St-Laurent at the Bantam and Midget level. To the benefit of St. Lazare, Hudson and Rigaud, in 1999 he settled in the area and worked diligently to develop a youth football program. He has now been the founder and president for 17 years of the St. Lazare Stallions Football Club. Your dedication and enthusiasm for the sport has inspired many children to continue their studies and do well in school in order to be able to play for the cegep level teams. For this reason, it is a pleasure to recognize your outstanding contribution to the community fitting of the Senate of Canada 150 Medal award. Congratulations Mr. Williams!
